Shipping and Return Policy

If you have questions before placing an order, please contact info@nomadcoffeeclub.com or message us on our Facebook or Instagram.

Nomad Coffee Club cannot change or cancel an order once it has placed. If you would like to return or exchange the item you must wait until you receive it.

For international orders, all sales are final.

Coffee Orders

Because our coffee beans are only roasted as orders are received, once the product has been shipped, it is non-refundable since the coffee will not be fresh if we get it back.

Please email us at info@nomadcoffeeclub.com and we'll make sure to get your order fixed!

Coffee Gear and Accessories

For coffee gear and accessories, our return policy lasts for 30 days after the shipping date. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Opened and/or used coffee gear cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return shipping back to us will be paid for by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund. Please note that the shipping charge is non-refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
